Taste profile
Biscuity aroma accented with honey and ripen nectarine and tones of roasted nut on an undertone of kombu. Silky texture carrying a malty infusion with salt and herbal tinkles. Undertones of butter and mung beans. Definitive yet light bitter notes. Sweet aftertaste at the throat.
Infusion tips
Because of its mild taste character, this tea is suitable for infusing using many different approaches and infusion parameters. For its optimum taste profile and silkier texture, 2 g per 100 ml of water at 90°C in a smaller vessel for 5 minutes.

Soft smooth texture
This tea has soft smooth texture and very refreshing taste. I like it because it is not bitter or tannic to the tongue, or rough like other green tea. I can have this in my mug all day long!
