Introducing a small size compressed tea discus (cha bing) with a strong individualistic character from a hermitage like origin.

The Inner Village of Primeval Earth, aka Xiao Hu Sai, is a remote little settlement of the Lahu people where tea trees grow from deep, humus rich ancient forest soil, under the 2800m mountain ridge on the west of the Lincang region, at about 1600m above sea level on the southwestern Chinese border, 50km from the country of Myanmar.

This cute little cha bing is priced very accessibly so that people who have not experienced with such products before can have an easy starting point. It is also compressed optimally for easy plying out a portion for making tea with.

Direct from farm
|
In response to frequent queries from users and new wholesale clients about how we get our teas, I have written this page, and supplemented it with a photo gallery of some of the photos I made at the farms and production sites. The idea is simple: it has been my mission to buy directly from the people who produce the tea rather than from those giant wholesalers and brokers, otherwise there is no meaning for me to have given up my lucrative consultant business decades ago.
