If our most loved tea, Honey Orchid has been a little too powerful for your palate, I have good news for you. This Spring, we have a softer, smoother, yet more floral, and fruitier Honey Orchid Supreme for you. This was a custom request made possible by isolating the harvest from two very unique single bushes. We have rested it since Spring and after Mid-Autumn Festival last month, gave it a slightly lighter bake than classic for conserving its wonderful bouquet aroma, yet good enough for continual maturing.

Cold Peak 2022
I have also finally decided to release an award winning batch of Cold Peak that we have matured since last year. The 3 Flower Award Dong Ding was produced by our old friend Yu Wen in Nantau last Spring. A harvest from the Jinxuan cultivar was given the Dong Ding process for an even softer, sweeter effect. She then gave a few sections of long baking using a slightly lower temperature than what most use. The result is a tea that one can brew thick with relatively low astringency and bitterness, leaving you the attention to its minimalistic, yet intricate, beauty.
