White Chrysanthemum, white ceramic teapot

In the general smaller size of a Yixing teapot but with the carefree convenience of a ceramic, this perfectly formed infusion vessel is even styled with the traditional classic Ju Lei*  Yixing pot form style, but with a distinctive modern twist and a more minimalistic aesthetic. The relative large pot top opening makes loading almost any leaf size easy (except for uniquely large size varieties like Taiping Houkui, of course). It is simple to clean as well. The pouring and handling are both almost as good as a genuine Yixing one. A logical choice for brewing different tea varieties using only one pot, yet a feeling of using a specialty ware.

• note: Ju Lei is a direct romanisation of the traditional name 菊蕾, which literally translates as the flower bud of chrysanthemum, referring to the form style of the pot body.
