Buying from us is easy. Just register with your delivery address and every time you click a product into the shopping cart, the shipping fees will be calculated for you. If you simply want to check the delivery cost of a product to your destination country, select that country in the shopping cart page after you have chosen the product. The fee will be shown immediately.
Award winning shipping service
We consign the shipping of consumer orders and smaller scale wholesale to the services of either Japan Post or DHL. Unless otherwise stated, all shipping is made by airmail, so the products reach you in the shortest time span possible for the lowest cost. For most countries in Europe, Australia and the Americas, it takes 7 to 14 days, and 3 to 10 days for Asian destinations.
Expect much faster service when selecting DHL.
When the shipping weight of the order exceeds 2kg, the shipping cost by air would be more economical by DHL, because of a trade contract we have with the company, which discount is transferred to your benefit.
In cases when surface mail is selected, the shipping time is generally 60 to 90 days.

Sending your order the next day
Normally, an order will be shipped one workday after payment confirmation. On days when more orders are received than normal, it may take longer. Orders with tea ware and orders with a larger varieties of tea may also take one to two more working days.
Please understand that we operate in the Tokyo time zone, which is at Universal Standard Time + 9 hours. For example, if it is midnight in London, it is 9 am for us. Our workday is between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Please also note that the public holidays in Japan may not be the same as elsewhere. For example, on the second Monday of January, it is the “Coming of Age” public holiday.
You will be furnished with a parcel tracking number after your order is sent so you can check the shipping status at anytime.

For wholesale and larger scale exports, we work with various carriers and shipping agents to design the most efficient and economical arrangement for you. If you prefer to appoint your own shipping agent, we would be most happy to work with them too.
