Taste profile
Nose: Round, warm, earthy aroma with a slight sweetness of freshly cut hay and lightly toasted grains. Palate: Elegantly full silky body with a sweetness coming on very slowly and lightly. Tints of fresh herbs. Finish: Long sweet aftertaste.
Infusion tips
Infuse light for regular drinking, but can be made very strong for small sips after greasy meals. Always blanch well before infusion with 100°C water. Use a genuine Yixing pot for better results.

Now I know this is the best
I tried the other two shu cha as well as the toucha square, this is the best! This will be my tea from now on.
A fine Shu
Whether in the gaiwan or a common earthenware tea pot, this shu infuses dark and flavorful, sweet and inviting with no astringency to speak of. Re-infuses well even at 1g to 100ml ratio. Goes smoothly with savory meals and is very attractive on its own.
