No matter you were Christian, Buddhist, Islamic or Taoist; a follower, a priest or a nun, you would be a subject for public torture, humiliation, false accusations, imprisonment, and endless abuses. Or even if you had a little possession of something that others were jealous of, or that you were educated, had books, or had been kind to others. You could face the same fate.
