Thank you for all your continual patronage and faith in our quality and service. It has been an overwhelming year for us.
Since relocating here to Japan, we have not been able to rebuild our team. Most key tasks still fall back to the two of us. Many major projects are still on hold. The much increased daily workload has been quite an alarming signal that we need to think clearly our next step.
We are taking a retreat for two weeks. We need to device a sustainable way forward for continual development and growth.
Orders can still be placed, but will be processed after October 18th
All online orders happening between October 5th and October 18th (Japan time UST+9) will be taken care of after October 19th.
Emails / online enquiries will be responded to, but perhaps less timely than usual.
